Our selection of packages includes Essentials, Standard, and Premium options, granting you access to our comprehensive service offerings. Please note that the availability of services may be subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

User Obligations

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

b. Account: If the use of our Services requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.

c. Acceptable Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any activity that may harm or interfere with the functioning of the Services or infringe upon the rights of others.

d. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited: (i) unauthorized access to our systems, (ii) transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, (iii) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, and (iv) any activity that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

Showcasing Rendering Work

Blocks Studio reserves to right to share rendering work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and Blocks Studio, which in turn would void the right of Blocks Studio to share or discuss Client's work publicly.

Returns and Refunds

Blocks Studio reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self discretion and without notice or liability to Client. Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis. If a Client does request a refund, please note that all materials created by Blocks Studio remain the exclusive property of the company and cannot be used by the Client in any way.

In the event a refund is deemed appropriate, a 25% refund of the total amount will be processed.

Blocks Studio reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against Client for breach of this paragraph.

Third-Party Links and Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or control such third-party websites or content, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or any damages resulting from your use of them. Accessing third-party websites or content is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocks Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
